Situated in north London’s historic Camden Market Stables & Lock, LABS Atrium provides three floors of flexible workspace furnished with lights and accessories by designer Tom Dixon to support its nineteenth century industrial aesthetic.
Wrapped around a central atrium with a striking light feature and canopy of plants, the building supplies not just coworking space, but communal areas filled with daylight and lush with plants, encompassing a variety of seating areas, such as desks, soft leather armchairs and sofas, as well as an assortment of customisable private office space and meeting rooms.
LABS Atrium also features decked outdoor terraces positioned throughout the building to provide you with the opportunity to step away from your office space and collaborate in an outdoor setting.
Close to Regent’s Canal and surrounded by the lively market, which provides a variety of shopping and food and drink options, LABS Atrium is a vibrant hub for emerging and established dynamic and creative brands, adding to the rich fabric of the neighbourhood.

With its modern industrial style, LABS Atrium is not your typical serviced office, but a unique workplace that can provide private office space tailored to suit any business’s needs.
Having a private office at LABS Atrium also gives you access to the wider range of amenities across our workplace portfolio in London, including an array of communal spaces, gyms, meeting rooms and event venues.
At LABS Atrium there are five meeting rooms, ranging in size from six to 10 seats that can cater for in-person, hybrid or virtual meetings.
However, if you need more space or just want a change of scene for your meeting, our network of office buildings across Camden and Holborn can deliver. We have a variety of meeting rooms of between four to 25+ seats and you don’t need to be a LABS member to book one. LABS meeting rooms can be booked for 30 minutes or for a whole day depending on your needs and come equipped with high-quality tech, Wi-Fi and video conferencing technology.
Our stylish communal areas within LABS Atrium are also accessible through our Roaming Membership allowing you to pop in and occupy a spot at an open-plan desk or cosy up on a plush sofa.
Furthermore, this membership provides access to some of our other sophisticated communal spaces and amenities, such as our onsite gyms and outdoor spaces, spread across our network of buildings in Camden and Holborn for those wanting the option to move about.
At LABS we can also provide day passes for those needing a change of scenery and private offices for either half a day, a full day or longer at LABS Atrium or one of our other offices in Camden and Holborn.
Break up your week and spend some time at LABS starting from £30 +VAT per day. Once purchased, a LABS Day Pass can be used on any weekday, simply arrive at your chosen building and you’ll be issued with your access pass.
