LABS House

With its energising atmosphere LABS House offers premium workspace designed to elevate the serviced office experience and, importantly, be highly flexible to fit your company’s needs and size.

Having a private office at LABS House also gives you access to the wider range of amenities across our workplace portfolio in London, including an array of communal areas, meeting rooms and event venues.

Sixteen meeting rooms are located within LABS House, ranging in size from four to 12 seats that can cater for in person, hybrid or virtual meetings. Additionally, some of these meeting rooms can be combined to deliver larger meeting and event spaces with a capacity of either 16 or 26 seats.

However, if you would like to have a change of scene our network of office buildings across Camden and Holborn can provide you with further meeting rooms choices of between four to 25+ seats.

The range of contemporary communal areas within LABS House, which deliver more than your typical coworking space, are accessible through our Roaming membership allowing you to pop in and occupy a spot at an open-plan desk or cosy up on a plush sofa whenever it suits you.

Furthermore, this membership provides access to some of our other sophisticated communal spaces and amenities, such as our onsite gyms, spread across our network of buildings.

At LABS House we can also provide day passes for those needing to change up their surroundings. You can book in for half a day, a full day or longer.
