LABS REFERRAL SCHEME
LABS is growing with businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to established corporations, becoming part of our community and we want you to get involved. By making a referral, you will be entitled to an exclusive reward.
The LABS referral scheme offers rewards to the following:
- LABS members companies
- LABS members individuals and LABS staff
- Affiliates (external companies and individuals)
Definition of terms:
Referred: the individuals/companies who are referring new business to LABS
Referee: the new business/individuals being referred
LABS MEMBERS COMPANIES
Existing LABS member companies are encouraged to refer businesses and individuals to LABS.
Upon completion of a signed LABS agreement and the referee residing in a LABS building for a period of three months or more the LABS member company will be entitled to a monetary reward amounting to 10% of the referee’s first years office rental fee. LABS Member companies must be in occupation at the point of transaction to qualify for a referral reward. The referral must come from a senior member of the business to qualify for reward.
The reward amount will be capped at £20k per transaction.
MEMBERS INDIVIDUALS & LABS STAFF
Existing LABS members and LABS staff are encouraged to refer businesses and individuals to LABS.
Upon completion of a signed LABS agreement and the referee residing in a LABS building for a period of three months or more the LABS member or LABS staff member will be entitled to a monetary reward amounting to 5% of the referee’s first years office rental fee.
The reward amount will be capped at £2,000 per transaction.
AFFILIATES
Upon completion of a signed LABS agreement and the referee residing in a LABS building for a period of three months or more the affiliate will be entitled to a monetary reward amounting to 10% of the referee’s first years office rental fee.
The reward amount will be capped at £20k per transaction.
