What membership plans do you offer?

We offer Roaming, Dedicated Desk,  Private and Enterprise membership plans. Roaming and Reserved memberships are limited to a maximum of five per company. For more information, please email [email protected] or call 020 3761 2800.

Do all memberships start on the 1st of the month?

No. With roaming, dedicated desk and private memberships, you will pay for your membership through the LABS app, and the date your membership started will be your billing date each month.

What’s the difference between your membership plans?

When are you open?

Our London locations are open 24 hours, 7 days a week to members. Meeting rooms are also open at these times. Non-members can instantly book meeting rooms and will have access to the Wi-fi for 24 hours, plus have access to our lounge areas, 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday.

When are there staff around?

You can find our community and front desk team on-site, Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm. There will be security present when they are not there.

What’s your pet policy?

LABS is pet friendly and we do allow dogs to be brought into our spaces. However we do ask members to bear in mind that pets are usually a (very cute) distraction so we’d prefer if members did not bring their pets into any of the LABS buildings.

Can I receive mail?

Reserved, Private and Enterprise members can use their LABS location as their registered company address to receive packages and mail, however, Roaming memberships cannot. Please make the community team aware if you’re expecting any post.

Can I book a meeting room even if I’m not a member?

Yes. Once you download the app and register, you can book a meeting room within LABS buildings for a minimum of 30 minutes. Prices apply.

What facilities do you offer?

For LABS members we offer printing, tea & coffee, bike racks and showers. LABS members are also able to use the gym at LABS House free

What’s in your technology package and does it vary per membership plan?

We offer cloud desktops and storage, a LABS application, VOIP, VLAN, conference numbers, private networks, and dual connectivity wi-fi to limit network drop-outs. Our packages do vary per membership, please see our membership plans for more details.

Do tours need to be booked in advance?

We prefer that you book a tour in advance, please email [email protected].
