LabTech is a real estate company and the owner of Camden Market. LabTech is committed to providing affordable work space as part of its overall vision for the future of the market and delivery of Section 106 agreements with Camden Council.
LABS can help you now to have access to 10 affordable work spaces at The LABS Atrium Building, Camden Town. You will be joining a community of entrepreneurs coworking to grow their businesses in central London. (add map and photos).
What is affordable workspace?
Affordable workspace is workspace that is provided at rents maintained below the market rate (50%) for that space.
The LABS offer includes:
- Access to dedicated desk and shared office space in LABS Atrium, located in the heart of Camden Town
- All-inclusive rental costs which are 50% less than the current going rate for equivalent space
- Flexible tenancy agreements (monthly roll over programme)
- Break clause at 9 months for review to ensure that the needs of businesses are being met
- Rental review at no less than 5 years
- Free Wi-Fi, high-quality catering, impressive event space, quality fixtures and fittings
- Potential mentorship from a LABS member
- Access to LABS’s member events and networking socials
- Access to LABS community via the LABS App
- Small businesses will benefit from the diversity and dynamism of LABS membership as they network with other small business in the Atrium building.
- LABS’s community managers are on hand to help you with everything from hosting an event to investment advice.
The aim of the opportunity is to:
- Support business growth and networking opportunities
- Address entrenched barriers to access the start-up industry experienced by groups within our communities
- Deliver social value for residents in Camden
- Support the diversity and dynamism of LABS membership
Who is eligible?
- Business owner is a Camden resident or business is registered in Camden
- Small to medium sized business (SME) with priority focus on micro businesses at an early stage in their development and who employ 10 people or less

- Spaces will be filled on a rolling basis. If spaces are full, we will place you on the waiting list and keep you updated.
