Affordable Workspace

Our Affordable Workspace programme supports emerging businesses, entrepreneurs and creative professionals by offering thoughtfully designed, flexible offices in the heart of Camden.

Through partnerships with the Greater London Authority and local councils, LABS provides a number of workspaces at discounted rates to qualifying businesses and individuals. These spaces are part of our commitment to supporting London’s diverse creative and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Who is Eligible?

The programme is open to early-stage businesses, start-ups, social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations based in London that contribute positively to the local economy or community.
