Describe your job in one sentence..
As the Head of Brand Partnerships at Fever, I work closely with brands and media agencies to deliver custom digital and experiential marketing campaigns aimed mostly at Londoners.
Describe yourself in one sentence..
I’m naturally gregarious and personable – I’m a ‘follow your gut’ kind of girl.
How do you define success?
To me success is wholly personal, it’s defined by what you put in and how you collaborate effectively with others. For me it’s not defined by money and status, but understanding my own worth and the part I play in the broader spectrum.
What’s the most interesting thing about you that we wouldn’t learn from your CV alone?
My creative side is not just expressed through my work in digital media. I’m also an amateur singer, painter, writer and cook. Food is my therapy and I love coming up with new recipes for friends and family.
Tell us about a project or accomplishment that you consider to be the most significant in your career so far.
In my first year working at the MailOnline, I became very unwell suddenly and was later diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Rather than let the situation consume me I got straight back into work, sold a brand new innovative display solution to a large ent client and was part of the team that stood up that summer to collect the AOP ‘Sales Team of The Year’ award. I’m a strong believer in breaking out of your comfort zone and not allowing adversity to block your way.
Who is your role model, and why?
Angelina Jolie – she’s a non-conformist which I love, and her extensive work in humanitarian and eco projects is incredibly inspiring. She’s creating her own legacy and I have so much admiration for her.
What is your biggest motivator?
Honestly, it’s happiness. If I feel motivated, energised and nurtured I’m unstoppable and the best version of me I can be!
Where’s a place you’ve travelled that you would recommend to anyone?
India, always. It has a special magic that you have to experience to understand. I love it even more now as this NYE my ‘now’ fiancé proposed on the beach in Goa as the skies lit up with fireworks.
What artist do you have on repeat right now?
Where would you most like to live?
One of the Greek islands..I’m not fussy. Any one will do as long as I’m close to a beach.
What makes you feel like you are living life to the fullest?
When I’m surrounded by my amazing friends and family, eating good food in the sunshine with a cracking playlist in the background. These are the moments you cherish.
What are your favourite places to visit/eat/drink/spend time on weekends at, in London?
London Fields, Columbia Road Flower Market, Broadway Market, The Southbank and Wapping!
Which historical figure do you most identify with?
Frida Kahlo – a bold but vulnerable artist who championed creativity and freedom of expression for women.
If you could give one piece of advice what would it be?
Be the best version of you and always, always be authentic.
